Donation Refund Policy

Raksha Charitable Foundation values the trust donors place in us. This policy explains how refund requests for donations are handled.

Genuine Errors

If a donation was made by mistake — such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount entered — you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@rakshacharitabletrust.org with your transaction ID, donation amount, and date. Our team will verify and process eligible refunds within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Donations already utilized or allocated towards an ongoing program cannot be refunded.
